We were fortunate with the weather, so they could finish in about 10 days. We work from home, and so were able to observe the whole process, and we were quite impressed with the quality of the work done by their foreman (who did most of the actual work himself)."

When problems arose outside of his and my neighbors control with my sewer lateral, he not only came back to help troubleshoot, but worked an entire day in the frigid temperatures to make the necessary repairs, saving us from future damages to our properties. He even helped with the discussions with the borough to make repairs to code and according tot he borough's specifications. He is knowledgeable and professional and has his nose to the grind against any adverse conditions with his number one priority being that the job gets done to the best of his ability, and that it gets done right. "Professional and courteous office and on site staff (Operator). The Operator explained in detail the work to be performed and answered all questions without hesitation. The company provides equipment that prevents damage to lawn/property, and the costs were reasonable. My only recommendation would be for the office staff to mention the charge to dig up the septic cover up front. The Operator was thorough and mentioned the charge before starting the work. "I hired initially Gilroy to build my septic system and the foundation of a new modular house. I was so happy that I gave them a bunch of other jobs that came up including electrical and building a deck. They were very good about giving me an estimate and sticking to it. They moved the job along at a very rapid rate. They coordinated third parties like the the utility company and the well driller so the job would all come together nicely. Gilroy had a strong back office to deal with all the planning, permits and inspections. The back office part of the work is not to be underestimated in importance because the job can not move forward without the proper paper work for the local government. Gilroy was very good about presenting me with various options along the way and letting me pick. They were also very good about steering me away from unnecessary expenses. On top of all that they were also very friendly."
