They quickly rearranged their schedule and ended up coming out weeks earlier to replace my roof. I also had a damaged overhang above my deck that was ripping away from my house and they removed that for me and patched up the house with new siding so it looks like there was never even an issue there. I would highly recommend the company. They are fair and trustworthy. They updated me every step of the way and kept in constant communication. I feel so much relief having my new roof before the winter starts!"

"It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. "Job started a day later than scheduled due to their equipment being down. Job was originally scheduled for 5-7 days. Job actually took 2 weeks and salesman called into the third week saying the job was done. We have never had mold remediation done before and was selling our house. The explanation of how the job would go was vague at best. This is not a process we are familiar with having never been through it before. In the estimate there was a blanket statement of “any construction materials removed will not be replaced” (once again we were never explained anything about this process in regards to things being removed). Upon the job being completed the buyer noticed there was no mention of insulation replacement. We were 2 days from closing and had to hire someone to replace the insulation. The handyman hired to replace the insulation noticed other items had been removed by octagon. We were not left a list of items removed from the residence. I was just told by Matt Brown that “that’s why I gave you a referral of a weatherization company” for 8300$ one would think you might get a verbal explanation of items needing replacement or at least an itemized list. Hope we don’t need to go through this again because as Octagon will not be contacted again."

"Gage was great. My wife and I were doing a search for a contractor on a Sunday and put a request in for KCM to contact us. Gage contacted is right away and even came our on that Sunday to inspect our roof that was leaking badly. He was very professional and over all great guy. He came back 2 days later and fixed our roof. He kept us updated while doing the repairs and the day after we had rain, he called to see if there were any other leaks. He is definitely someone to use for your projects."
