Had a back up he came to my home right away, cleared the line i mentioned i would call the town the next day to look at the sewer line see if it was on their end, he said to call him when we knew what they find ... ghosted me for 9 days in my time of need . I left several messages and nothing ! Im disgusted i had to hire another company to correct the issue 5000 dollars later , oh and some of the back up went into my kitchen .... WORST BUSINESS OWNER EVER . come to find out hes not licensed in Amherst anymore ... Do not use him"

After weeks of visits and reassurances, we received a quote on September 18. Though it was higher than others, I trusted Cellino based on their professionalism. However, on October 22, over a month later and after multiple assessments, the installation team informed me that the heater they specified was actually overpowered for our greenhouse—news that should have been caught early on. This oversight led to weeks of back-and-forth exchanges, ending with us exchanging the heater for a more suitable model. Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."
