Tony and his crew painted the exterior of a home I own in the Midtown Historic District in Harrisburg.  At the beginning of the project, they discovered rotted window frames and notified me quickly.  After I had the damage corrected, they went on to paint the siding and all the wood trim on this 1880's home.

I was very happy with the result.  The painting they did was absolutely perfect!  It looks fabulous, and several neighbors have complimented the job and asked for the contractor's info.

Tony was very communicative and was a pleasure to deal with.

"I got the initial contract for some light maintenance work but that was interrupted by a flooding of my family room due to a water leak from a broken pipe.   So I extended the existing contract to include the repair of damaged drywall and paneling and the replacement of the previous carpet flooring with a new Pergo laminated flooring instead of carpet.  All work was done professionally and at a reasonable price.  I supplied the materials and Steve supplied the labor.  Due to scheduling conflicts for both Steve and myself the work was not done all in one process but spread over several weeks.  That was not a problem with me. The final product has the room looking as good, or better, then before the water damage occurred.    The final costs far exceeded the original contract work but the amount of work was greatly increased also.   The work I needed to have done initially remains undone but I will hire Ferree's Maintenance to do those projects, as well as several others that I have planned. 
I would not hesitate to hire Ferree's Maintenance again for any project from general maintenance and repair to restoration work. The quality of all work performed was excellent.

They installed drywall around my furnace room and added soundproof insulation. "Chad was a bit slow on the response initially, but with all the snow we had, it was understandable, just a bit of a hiccup at the beginning.  Once he got started, he worked some long days getting all the misc things completed.  Even made several trips back to the box store for items I picked up but were wrong.  I added a couple of things to his list after he started and he worked them in without a problem.
Next phase will be a bigger bite but waiting until the weather warms up as the house will be open during that time.  I will continue to use Chad a lot going forward."
