Nice guy who also demo'd and reconstructed our tile kitchen floor, which also was not as simple as we'd hoped. The former homeowners had again made a poor choice and had someone put K. tile over linoleum, with Luon also. Cement floor boards were installed then our beautiful tile floor."

Filipeâ s work included the removal of poorly laid tile, and the install of a complex mini marble hex tile, a framed boarder, tile chair rail, floor to ceiling framed crackle subway tile and thresholds.
