Steve is a consummate professional who provided a fairly priced estimate of the work needed and answered the many questions we had afterwards with patience and thoroughness. He worked with scheduling his installation crew for a day when I could have a family member be available to allow access. His crew removed the existing stair treads and risers on two staircases, built a new plywood sub-floor for each staircase then installed luxury vinyl treads and risers over them as well as installing quarter round moulding on all the baseboards of our three level townhome in one day! The quality of the work was great and the home was clean as if a major construction project was never done.
