"Request service via phone. Person who took order was very pleasant. Suggest she does include details in her notes. On day of service, two men arrived and were in the house for less than an hour. There were a few tough spots but general overall cleaning was not what I had expected. They didn't get near floor boards or behind doors. "WoW! So where do I start. First, I would like to thank Corey (Owner) of Mr. Hardwoods. Note: He really does look like MacGyver or his twin. I made an appointment and he was very punctual. I explained that I had installed vinyl flooring in our basement but started making mistakes. After showing me the problems, I was having he made recommendations to remedy the problems. I went and purchased the additional extra flooring to finish entire basement. He got one of his crews on it and honestly, I didn’t know how it would turn out. I came home early from work and found them all hard at work and I was surprised they were finishing up. Corey said it was an all-day job, but his crew was done in 5 hrs. WoW! It took me over 2 days putting it down in 2 rooms and making mistakes. They saved most of my other boards I had and this sure save me a lot of money. Now my basement is finished and looks fantastic. I will be using them again for our basement stairs and for my company’s business. I can’t say better things about them at this point."

"The previous owner's of this home were part-time residents and had allowed the home to become quite musty and mildewed in their absence.  Acting upon a friend's recommendation, I called Paul Davis for an estimate and James came out that same day.  He inspected the house with me, identifying the mildew problem areas and the sources of the musty odors.  The price for everything that was proposed was quite reasonable and the work took place a few days later.  Day one consisted of cleaning all the vents and duct work, followed by fogging of the house.  The following morning the carpeting was deep cleaned.  The home is 2700 square feet, has two AC systems, 14 vents, associated air handlers, and six rooms with carpeting. Our house now sparkles and smells fresh and clean.  The carpeting looks and smells like it's brand new and there is not a hint of mold or mildew anywhere.  We couldn't be more pleased. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
