He first finished our dank basement and turned it into a beautiful space, then moved on to gutting our kitchen and other upstairs details. Highly highly recommended. Besides being timely and competent, he quickly addressed issues that arose - a shower floor than needed to be pitched correctly, and some areas around a window they put in. We are continuing to ask Theo to work on projects at our businesses and will contact him in the future for any more home renovation we have."
