"I had 6 contractors bid on the job and chose to work with Matthew because he performed the most thorough assessment of the scope of the job--which was huge and complicated given the age of the house (and included gutter work in addition to roofing). He was careful to explain clearly what had to be done, and why. In our case, the project required that the existing roof be completely removed. Matthew also enumerated all of the potential unforeseen problems, issues (and costs) that might come to light once the old roof was ripped out, and he gave an estimated price range for what the overages might be. Once the work got underway, we were also pleased with the professionalism of Matt's foreman and crew. As problems indeed arose, Matthew documented all of the issues with photos and phoned or emailed with detailed descriptions and solution options. I would definitely work with all of them again."

The owner Nick came on time and recommended a new type of coating by Penntek far more durable and attractive than your typical epoxy. The cost is higher than epoxy but we think it's worth every penny - the garage now looks incredible and is easy to clean as well. Nick's crew was professional and did an excellent job quickly. They also painted the walls and ceiling. Overall the entire experience was very positive and we highly recommend the company."

After a long process of interviewing way too many contractors, my husband and I decided on Kamberi Home and Garden Care. Unlike many of those we talked to, Adrian (one of the owners) inspired confidence that his team could rebuild the deck to our specifications, including building new stairs with picture-framed steps and installing a composite handrail on existing concrete steps. Some of the other contractors said the handrail on concrete would be a problem or couldnâ t be done at all. We waited only 5 weeks after signing the contract for the Kamberi crew to begin promptly on the appointed date. Although it rained several days while they were working, they missed only one afternoon due to weather. The workers were polite, considerate, reliable and extremely hard working. The job took less than 3 weeks to finish. We talked to Adrian about a few small issues after the crew left and he sent a couple of men to fix everything to our liking. He also didnâ t expect the final payment until we were totally happy. We are!! We highly recommend Adrian and Kamberi Home and Garden Care!"
