"Mark is not only knowledgeable, but very easy to talk to. I am not very knowledgeable <br />on the computer. He had a great deal of patience with me. He got rid of a lot of useless information, and helped me access what I needed. He let me know the charges after I has used my initial time and explained all the charges up front. He told me if I had any issues or did not understand something to call him back. I did have somethings I did not understand and after calling him back and talking them through I decided the best thing to do is buy a new computer as mine is extremely out of date and does not suit my needs. Mark does not sell computers, but took the time to tell me based on my usage and needs, what I should buy. He did all this at no charge and even told me that I could call him if I had questions when purchasing the machine. "Based on Erik's diagnosis of the nature of my laptop's problem (it was the hardware on the laptop's main printed circuit board related to the laptop's taking in power from the power jack on the laptop case), Erik quite candidly let me know that he was not able to help me to fix the problem, and described to me the types of businesses which might be able to fix the problem for me. <br /> I then remembered that I had purchased an extended warranty for the computer, the period of its coverage I was still within at that time.  So, I sent the laptop to the company servicing the warranty, and they sent me back a laptop with a repaired power inlet and properly functioning power circuitry on the main printed circuit board. <br /> Happy ending, problem solved. <br /> Even though Erik was not able to repair a hardware problem that was as low-level as the power inlet jack and circuitry on my laptop, he quickly, efficiently, professionally, courteously and correctly diagnosed the problem, which helped me to turn my thoughts in new directions - which helped me to remember the extended warranty I had purchased on the laptop through which I got my problem solved.  AND, I will certainly purchase a reputable two-year extended warranty on any laptop computer that I will ever purchase. <br /> I have only positive thoughts and words about Erik.  I would readily call him again with another computer problem that I might encounter in my future. <br /> <br />"
