"We actually hired Custom Construction Services a couple of times. Both times we were extremely satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. Derek explained everything to us. Gave us a price that was reasonable and accurate. He met the timeline he projected. And cleaned up everything after the job was complete. The first time we hired them, it was for work done in our garage. We needed additional insulation and some parts repaired. Everything came out exactly as we had hoped it would. The second time, there was a bigger job. We needed a large room in our basement refurbished and finished with new flooring, ceiling, new recessed lighting, etc. The work done was outstanding. As my wife takes care of our toddler grandson each day at our house, this new room has become our grandson’s favorite room to play it. "I do not have enough good things to say about Jim and Lori from Elite Builders. They often joke that you become a member of their family once you hire them for a job. However, they're not joking. It's true! I hired Elite Builders approximately six months ago for a kitchen remodel that involved sanding and refinishing of my existing kitchen cabinets, installation of new quartz countertops, and installation of a new faucet and sink. Lori responded promptly to our Home Advisor request and put together an estimate that was fair and reasonable. Throughout the kitchen remodel, Jim and Lori responded promptly to my texts and phone calls--including at night and on weekends. They did everything that they promised to do when they promised to do it. They made the entire process easy. I could not be happier with the end result. My respect for Jim and Lori only grew when I experienced a roof leak a few weeks ago. "William and his crew did a good job of the laborious and complex task of removing and replacing a rotting, out of date, porch structure on my home. William walked me through every step of the way and maintained great communication throughout the project letting me know where they were in the project as well as any difficulties or complexities that they faced. William stood behind his work addressing any and all concerns I had when the job was finished. I never felt abandoned or isolated at any point of the project.
