"Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I waited til Monday morning to start calling plumbers. I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Fred was not familiar with the program, but made a few calls to gather info, called me to discuss and then ordered the unit which was delivered later that day. Unit was installed next morning. Fred was great to deal with, communicated with me throughout the process & did a fantastic job. I even asked for a quote to install a sink in my basement. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."
