They fixed flashing that was installed incorrectly before we moved in and even came back to try and address a gutter problem we thought was related, which I absolutely appreciate since that's not within their typical scope. "Roofing its something no home owner ever wants to do, but most have to go through. I won't even lie I wasn't even planning on getting a new roof, but Dale Knocked on my door and thats where the process started. My roof did go through insurance & aside from signing paper work/paying my deductible A1 handled everything. Obviously specific details from the insurance goes to you and then given to A1. Its not a short process and there is paperwork you have to sign, but all In all it did take me about 4 to 5 months where the process was started to roof replacement. Dale handled interactions with showing my the conditions of my roof and how to go about getting it put through the insurance. The only hiccup was that I have solar panels and I did feel like they where taken down to early (almost 5 months off), but I made my concerns known and one of the Managers called me and credited me $500 bucks (100 per month) that the panels where off. They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house."

"Talked to Michelle, the homeowner reported dissatisfaction with siding work completed by the contractor identified as Safe Storm Restoration; work was partially done correctly, but the siding installed does not match the existing textured siding, with gaps in the J channel and improper fit. Contractor refused to correct work or match siding, falsely claimed matching vinyl siding was unavailable. The homeowner withheld full payment due to unresolved issues. Seeking to report the contractor's poor performance and inquire about next steps. Currently obtaining new estimates from two other professionals to fix the faulty work."
