"Dan did an excellent job for us and put my husbands situtation (he has Parkinsons) above all else! He made sure it has safety features and I totally trusted his judgement immediately! I would recommend Dan and his helper Tom to anyone! His prices are fair and his work is wonderful! Thank you 406 Construction!"

"The crew did a great job installing 125' of vinyl fence and gate. They navigated around thick shrubs and trees while maintaining a level, straight line. They did it in a timely manner and minimized messing up the yard. Although vinyl fencing is expensive, pricing seemed very competitive with other bids secured. The crew chief was personable and attentive to our needs. We really couldn't ask for a better experience. Certainly would use their services again and highly recommend to others."

"The key to any successful remodel is communication and flexibility. Cole was very attentive to my needs and requirements and provided valuable suggestions in addition to excellent craftsmanship.
He suggested a way to save on the tile required for the floor and shower. He also found a very reasonably priced source for the cabinetry. I saved so much through his suggestions that I was able to afford a custom granite top.

From beginning to end the job went very smoothly. Cole was on the job and the work progressed smoothly, exactly as he promised. He was on-site when he said he would be and completed each stage of the work as he predicted. If I had questions, he was easy to reach.
The dry wall sub he brought in was also excellent and did a superb job matching the texture and finish of the existing wall.

All in all a terrific job and I am very happy with the results."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Helena, MT

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
