"The whole job from bid stage to installation was done remotely while we are away for the winter. Steve is a consummate professional who provided a fairly priced estimate of the work needed and answered the many questions we had afterwards with patience and thoroughness. He worked with scheduling his installation crew for a day when I could have a family member be available to allow access. His crew removed the existing stair treads and risers on two staircases, built a new plywood sub-floor for each staircase then installed luxury vinyl treads and risers over them as well as installing quarter round moulding on all the baseboards of our three level townhome in one day! The quality of the work was great and the home was clean as if a major construction project was never done. "The two men from Square Services arrived on time and immediately began working. They were very professional and skilled at the care they took to clean my older roof. They were successful with removing all the green mold and grime that had collected on the roof. They were very neat and removed the roof dirt that dripped on the siding and windows. They worked as a team very diligently and made sure I was pleased with the work. One shingle above the front door was showing wear and they happily replaced with a new shingle that I supplied.
