"Nate did an awesome job of home repairs including one door that had a broken hole which he patched and painted, now looks new! A section of drywall which had lumps in it that Nate said was termite damage. He removed and replaced the section which did have termite damage and also a huge amount of living small ants and eggs. He got matching paint and painted the entire wall. Another drywall hole in my computer room which he patched and painted. My skylights were leaking and Nate repaired and cleaned all of them, the day was so hot but it didn't slow him down. My concrete driveway was dirty and had cracks. He pressure washed it and put caulking in all the cracks. Nate is so excellent at determining how to make damaged areas look like new or a driveway look its very best without having to replace the entire concrete . I can't say just how much I appreciate his good pricing, always on time, always cleaning up worked spaces, ability to determine how to fix things, his honesty and integrity. I recommend him highly and have other things that he will help me with. Thank you, Nate!!!"

He did an absolute wonderful job showing me what the issues were underneath the trim, telling me options, even consulted a builder friend of his to confirm the best possible solution. The final result was spectacular and you can tell the care and pride he takes in his work. He was transparent with pricing and what he was going to do, and he asked me several times my opinion about the the work to be done and the appearance. "Steve responded to my purchase within a few days and quickly set up a time for the estimate. Although the cost was more than I expected, as I mentioned before, this would have been a challenging task for me to do. In addition to what I wanted done, I added having the ceiling painted. Steve was able to schedule when I had time off rather than when he originally offered. The day the work was done, the crew of three showed up promptly and got right to work. They covered everything with drop cloths and did a thorough job cleaning up after they were finished on the second day. The paper was removed, the drywall was repaired where needed, the ceiling was painted, and two coats of paint were applied to the walls. All outlet covers put back and the vertical blinds were rehung. I am very pleased with the end result."

"Mr Machen has impressive skill with both removing difficult 1930's steel windows and installing replacement windows. He does an excellent job wrapping the exterior of the window with metal, resulting in a beautiful finished look. He is quite compulsive with insulation and caulking as well. He removed all the old windows and debris and left a clean job site. Couldn't ask for better work.
