"overall experience was good.  the owner (chris gallagher) and his son made time, away from another job, to fit me in.  they were punctual and dilligent.  the work (overall) went well also.  the exterior aluminum trim for the door and the interior turned out nicely.  the steps that were installed look alot nicer and fuction much better as well. i will and would use them for future work in my home.   "

"Overall and all said and done, I do have a very nice, good quality window now installed. As far as the $189 price, well that's a crock. No one tells you about the charge added on to every order. I guess if you were buying a larger quantity of windows it wouldn't seem so bad, as it is a flat rate. There is a lengthy sales presentation, that probably isn't necessay - I guess it's amied at up selling and company integrity (and they're reasoning to be able to add the additional charge), but when I was clear I only needed 1 window to replace for now, well I could have lived without it. I would have rather had a more concise conversation regarding pricing and just how long this process was going to take (several weeks). So with those issues aside, it is a nice window, they were prompt on scheduled appointments and work was nice and neat. <br />"

"First off he answered the first phone call, Wow ! We made a consultation appointment for that evening.He showed up on time and he is very knowledgeable & professional. We were added to the schedule and given an estimated start and completion date. Day 1, Dumpster arrived, Material delivery truck arrived Mr Johnston was on site to deal with everything and even got started removing old roof that day.Day 5, the roof is complete and he has moved on to the other items 2 windows in our master bedroom with new trim inside and metal trim outside. He installed a beautiful new front door for us with trim inside and metal trim outside. He added a border around our front door and covered it in white metal trim to make our small entrance way seem much more grand. New hardwood floor / baseboard trim in master bedroom + paint many rooms and install new light fixtures in all rooms.. Mr. Johnston removed everything from our rooms vents, lights, etc so he could paint behind thing in case we decide to change fixtures again before we paint.. Overall our family had a wonderful experience at less than half the budget of the other people we contacted who actually took the time to give us an estimate. We did some of the work at a set price and other work at his Hourly rate of $50.00 it helped us save money on our more pricey projects boy he accomplishes a lot in a day."
