"Electrical experts of Easthampton, Massachusetts did an incredible job upgrading the electrical panel, plus changing out all the electrical outlets and switches in the house in addition to adding two additional outlets to the garage. Wiring to the garage included pre-wiring our garage to accept the installation of an EV hookup for a future electric car or hybrid vehicle. Both Alan (the electrician) and Brandon (his apprentice) were a team and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. Alan communicated with us frequently regarding progress of this huge project. Alan and Brandon moved large heavy pieces of furniture and bookcases to be able to have access to the outlets behind them. I was amazed at how they were able to get into the smallest spaces without difficulty. The best part is that they moved everything back into position. They did not leave anything out of place. After the work was completed, both Alan and Brandon did a walk around and were open to any questions that we may have. Alan also went over the new panel in the basement. Alan and Brandon were in communication with each other so that they could accurately label each toggle switch on the new new electrical access panel. Alan then went over the panel with me. I deeply appreciate the level of communication with that team! For the amount of work that was done over a 3-day period of at least 8 hours a day was well worth the money spent! It has definitely increased the value of my house now that it is up to current (no pun intended !) modern day code! I also appreciate The secretary at electrical experts for being open to any scheduling changes. "Travis and his team do outstanding work! Brent, Nick and Aiden did the majority of the project. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, skills and timeliness. They are extremely hard working individuals who clearly take pride in the work they do for others. They put in a new panel and rewired our entire house built in 1902 -not an easy job- and added multiple ceiling lights, outlets and switches where none existed before. They were very clean, used drop cloths and repaired holes. There was minimal dust, so my mom could live in the house during the work- nothing like what other people described when they had similar work done by other companies. They answered questions and replaced switches quickly when we realized the original color we picked did not look right. They were respectful and timely and the entire process went quicker than we thought possible. Travis and Brent were available by phone/text if we had questions on days not working. "Alan is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I am the type of person who asks a lot of questions, Alan took the time to fully answer each of my questions without rushing, I really appreciated that. I contacted several electricians and he was first to come to my house to review the project and provide me with a price on the complete project. Another electrician, once he found out it was a detached garage, told me he would not do the trench work, and I would have to find someone else to do it. I told him not to both giving me a price. The trench work tuned out to be the hardest part of the job. In trenching to the garage, a massive root was uncovered; Alan handled it very professionally and did the necessary work to properly install the wire. I would defiantly recommend him he did the complete job, pulling permits, having the work inspected, the total installation and cleanup. I think you would be happy with his work."

"I was doing a remodel and upgrade to my den/ tv room replacing all the switches and outlets bringing them up to code. Four of the seven outlets plus an adjacent room stopped working. Mr. Jalbert answered my service request within ten minutes and came to my home within a half hour. He inspected my work, had no issues and then informed me there were two broken lines somewhere not a result of the changes. Through process of elimination within the wiring harnesses he found the breaks and repaired them. He inspected my home, said everything looked great, made a couple of upgrade recommendations and offered a package price with a half hour repair time while he was onsite. I agreed to the service. He offered insight, explanations and complete satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with his service. I will use him again and recommend him to everyone."
