"This is a family owned and run business. The do very high quality work at a very competitive price. They will also stand by their work if there are any issues. I had a slight issue with my gutter install which I noticed after the first hard rain, probably a month after the job was complete, and they were out the next day to correct it. My next door neighbor was so impressed he also did a whole house siding and window job."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"Jodoin Home Improvement is an excellent company! They work to a high standard of quality and everyone who works there is kind and considerate. We had the exterior siding and windows replaced on our home by Jodoin. The job took a long time to complete because of the amount of work. "We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs. Vista was fastidious in their care for my home and lawn, not one speck of debris was left behind. Vista, the installation crew, company representatives, everyone, exceeded our expectations. "The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful, patiently answering questions and providing options. We had our existing cabinets refaced, and added a base unit and wall cabinets to a wall where we previously had a hutch. The base unit consisted of 6 drawers as well as a pull out for 2 trash receptacles (1 for trash and 1 for recycling). The work was completed in 3 days. The installers were friendly, on time and very neat. They used some type of vacuum that collected any dust and at the end of each day the kitchen was left clean. The cost was reasonable and there were no surprise additional charges. There were a couple of challenges with our kitchen that were handled expertly. I finally have a brand new, bright white kitchen (with lots of drawers) for the fraction of the cost of a complete remodel. I can’t say enough good things about this company, and I definitely recommend them."

"Fantastic! Dave Brodowski and his crew were superb. They worked long, non-stop days and did excellent work (.my dad was a contractor). They removed old siding, a backer used for the siding, and then the cedar shakes we had. They replaced any bad wood underneath. Then, they put new, better, thicker (waterproof) backing up, sealed the backing edges with tape; and put up the new siding. Took them 2+ weeks. They cleaned up multiple times. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.
