"I would highly recommend Ericsen Contracting! Eric ended up being the perfect fit for our project and literally made our vision come alive. I had many ideas, multiple products and his attention to detail, advice and experience let it all come together so successfully. Our project included everything exterior…the roof (asphalt and metal), replacing skylights, front door and exterior light replacements, gutters, soffits, metal trim, cedar woodwork, monogram siding, cedar impressions and Versetta stone. We also had 2 half moon windows taken out and he did all the sheetrock and interior finishing work for those areas. He took into account every little detail and always held the highest standards for his work and those that work for him. I am still in awe of all the work and detail put into the project. He was 100% invested in us from project start to finish. His estimate was not the lowest, but his passion for the project is what originally won us over and we don’t regret it."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. " My roofing project went great from beginning to end with A1 Home Improvement. I had 3 other companies come give me estimates. A1 sales rep Cody stood out from the group. Cody was punctual, knowledgeable, straight forward with me without any pressuring sales tricks. Cody talked about and treated my home like it was his own and was a wealth of knowledge for other projects I’d like to get done. On the day of my project Markeese and his team did excellent work. They made sure my roof looked great! Markeese kept me informed on the job throughout the entire day and answered all my questions I may have had. Now I did have concerns about some trim that didn’t look entirely right but Markeese and Corine from the office were quick to address my concerns. Within a few days Lenny and Carlos were back to make the trim on my house look perfect. "This project was more of a restore instead of repair. I had the two doors on an 8 x 12 ft shed replaced. Over the years rain had seeped behind the trim work, resulting in gross rot. The rot was so extensive the trim work was falling off. Jim Fowler was very professional and removed the rotting doors in their entirety and replaced them with identical material. He also removed a couple of sections of siding that were rotted and impacted by weed whacker action. He caulked to seams of the t111 to prevent future intrusion by rain. He stained the t 111 siding and put a coat of white paint on the trim. I could not have asked for a more professional job. The only distraction was that I should have discussed who took care of the disposal of construction debris. Jim and I worked out a satisfactory solution."
