I only learned Sunday (3-1-26) that the power company couldn't hook up the electric until an electrician had pulled the main entrance cable and replaced the casing for the meter. "SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They came out and replaced one motion flood light. later that night it just stayed on. Then it started flashing for the rest of the night. It was facing my neighbor and flashing in their windows I immediately let them know and they wouldn't come out to fix it. I reached out the next day and they were too busy again. Then the day they were supposed to come they "got tied up " and couldn't make it again. I already paid them so I have no recourse. Extremely bad customer service. And very bad installation. Now I have to hire another company to come fix their mistakes."
