"D & M was terrific. Danny arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. He explained our options and the cost of each, and then made the repair. He made sure everything was working before he finished, cleaned some mold and mildew out of the washer, and took the time to make sure that I understood how the problem happened and how to prevent it going forward. He cleaned our dryer vent and dryer very thoroughly. I will definitely call D & M next time that I have an appliance issue."

"Wow! I can't say enough about Wendell. He is excellent at diagnosing and fixing appliances. I had both my washer and dryer repaired. My machines are pretty old, and he brought them back to life; they are working as if they are new machines. What is even more amazing about Wendell is how professional and personable he is. He is always on time, offers prompt service, and is very polite. His prices are very reasonable. He recently came back to my house on the same day because he needed to get a part and did not want me to be without my washing machine if I wanted to do a wash. He cares about people, and he takes pride in his work. He is young with good old fashion values. This appointment was the second time my husband and I have used his service. We have recommended Wendell to our friends and family."

"Very good experience from start to finish. Did what he said at the price he quoted. Left the dryer and the work area cleaner than he found them. And, of course, the repair was completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommended."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Rene was honest, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He came on time and fixed my dryer at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again if I need repairs in the future."

"I hired Willie to repair a clothes dryer that wasn't generating heat. He not only replaced the broken part (heating element), he discovered the reason the part broke in the first place (clogged exhaust vent). He was prompt, courteous, very efficient and completely professional--all at a very fair price. I would gladly recommend him and call him again for any appliance repair problems."
