"Marc did a nice job of keeping us informed from the initial visit for a quotation through the completion of the job. His roofing sub-contractor did a great job and was easy to work with. We had quotes from two other sources for the roof and skylight installation. His quote was very competitive (just slightly  more than the least expensive quote). However, his keeping us up-to-date on progress etc. sold the deal. <br /> <br /> We originally just asked Marc about installing skylights and whether or not the roof should be replaced at the same time (17-18 yr old roof). Marc said that the roof probably had another 4-5 years in it and did not require replacement at this time. We decided to go ahead and replace the roof when the skylights were installed. <br />"
