"Our service technician Mike G. went above and beyond for us. When we pulled out the shower, the existing piping made it a challenge to fit in the new base. He quickly resolved the issue, relocated existing pipes and worked OT to complete the shower install in a day's time. He also replaced bathtub in a 2nd bathroom and did a flawless job. Much appreciated"

"Mike and I discussed a set price for materials and labor, then made an appointment for the same day, a Sunday. When he got here he checked everything out, made a plan and shared it with me before starting work. He even installed another outlet inside which wasn’t in the original plan, right under the wall light fixture that he used to feed the new wire. No charge. And made sure that the light was back in working order. I will definitely call him again for service!!!"

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"The job went really well. I dealt mostly with Andy's crew chief, Brian who was straight forward and always responsive. When Brian quoted the cost he took a deposit and said they were about 6 weeks out before the job could commence. Due to the amazing amount of rain we had this Fall we fell behind a slight bit. Brian always kept me informed by email as to the situation and when I could expect the job to begin. He arrived at 7:30 AM last Friday with a large crew that stripped off 3 old roofs, installed new skylights and applied a new roof finishing everything up by 5:00PM. The crew, to a man, was courteous and professional. They spread tarps over all of my gardens and bushes and left the yard as clean as they found it.
When the job was finished Andy stopped by to make sure that everything was OK. I wouldn't hesitate to use him and his great crew again."

"I called for a quote on changing my bathtub to a wheelchair accessible shower, for my mother in law. I was amazed at how quickly they got back to me, I saw them the next day. Their bathroom designer was so patient with us, took his time to show us all their samples, and even helped us find financing that made it possible to surprise my mother in law with an entire new bathroom! The guys who came out did an incredible job on the bathroom and made the whole process so easy. They got the job done in less than 3 days. From start to finish, it was such a great experience. Can’t wait to work with them again next year on the outside of our home!"
