"I requested a callback through HomeAdvisor and they called me back within an hour. They scheduled me for the following morning. Rob and Paul came down, assessed the problem in 2 minutes, and grabbed me a quote. Shortly after, they went to get the materials and finished the installation in about 2 hours. My issue was a leaking tub spout due to a defective shower valve. They replaced the shower valve and all in-tub fixtures (tub spout, water knob, etc.) A bit expensive in my opinion, but everything is shooting up in price lately. The work was excellent quality and I don't regret going with Rooterman. I'll definitely be calling them back if I have other needs in the future."

"I had done some research on waterproofing our basement back in 2015 which is when I first met Jason at Drycrete. The cost of a French drain is never cheap and we decided to wait and hold off. Compared to any of the other 3 companies we looked at Jason was the only one who was not a sleazy sales guy just trying to get a sale. He is the owner is actually there on the job with his crew getting the work done which is what we want to see. We want to have the owner there inspecting the work before the concrete goes in. Jason is very knowledgeable and advised us that he can put in just a sump pump but can see that it wouldn't alleviate the water issue. Matter of fact coming back later to attach a French drain would make it more expensive. He was willing to go either way but the fact that there was no pressuring on his part was really reassuring. He and his team came out for half a day one day to start the job and were very clean and courteous of our brick patio ensuring that no cement or residue stains were left behind. He explained how the french drain works and how to monitor its output. One thing which was great was the fact that it was raining quite a bit in the days prior to the install so we were able to see the pump at work. In addition the pump that Jason installed monitors the output daily and if it ever kicks in to the back up battery. So far we are very pleased! I haven't seen any water come into the house and hopefully this will allow us to get our basement done soon"

"Bob and his crew are true professionals. We've had water issues in the lower level of our raised ranch/garage side since we purchased the property a few years ago. We brought in several basement waterproofing companies for quotes and were feeling somewhat overwhelmed with the scope of work most companies were proposing. In comes Global. Bob met with us (on time) and proposed a system that was very simple and straight-forward. He drew up the plans and quoted me a price on-site during our consultation. To our surprise, not only was the system comparable in terms of specs, performance and warranty to the competition, but it was half the average price of his competitors. I also didn't require things such as busting up our driveway, having to tie into city drainage, or mandatory regular service from the installer in order to keep the warranty. Bob and crew showed up on time the day the job was scheduled for and got right to work. They had everything installed and wrapped up about 3 hours ahead of what they originally quoted. Everything was left clean and neat and looked great. Bob went over everything in detail before leaving and made sure we were happy with the work. Best of all, everything is nice and dry! We look forward to having them back to install a patio for us, too. Give Global a chance and I doubt you'll be disappointed!"

"It was a great experience from start to finish. They are a small company that takes pride in their work...it's very evident through the process that they care about customer satisfaction. From material selection to different steps in the filling and grading process, they kept us well-informed and involved in the decisions. They worked with us every step of the way and exceeded our expectations, by far. They took great care to ensure that the finished result was aesthetically pleasing, functional/safe and reasonably priced. Too often, contractors tell you one thing to make the sale and then cut corners to maximize profit, leaving customers unsatisfied. Not only did Dubuc do what they said they would, but they also looked for and found opportunities throughout the process to improve upon the original plan. This company has the equipment required for large and small jobs, as well as the vision and skill to turn the worst landscapes into something attractive and usable. Before they performed the job, we were unable to send guests to our front door and we could not allow our children into the front yard because of the steep slope down from our entryway. Richard, Evan and Jeff worked hard to at least triple the size of the space by filling it (with seemingly endless truckloads of clean fill!), grading it and holding it all in place with very nice-looking rip rap. Refer to the pictures for the transformation and consider Dubuc for your next job."

"Louis was great. He did exactly what I was hoping and we haven't had any problems with drainage or leaking. He was quick and the end result looks great. The only thing I was a little annoyed with was that he left the old pipes behind. I thought that he would have taken those and thrown them away. It's not really a huge deal since we're going to be getting a dumpster soon anyway."
