"My old laptop would not charge, and it has the kind of battery that must be removed by a professional. It was also slow. CCCP Help quickly diagnosed the problem (a fried hard drive) and offered two options: Repair it or buy/build a new one for me. She got me a refurbished, high-end, commercial-quality laptop and installed a brand-new hard drive. "I had problems with my laptop for a while. It powered off suddenly among many other annoying things. I had taken it to countless technicians for that big problem of powering off. Most charged me with very little explanation. My hope was always dashed when I took it home and nothing had changed and it would still turn off while I was working. The problem continued. Recently I have asked Brian about upgrading to a newer computer and he has been suggesting and helping me choose through all the options, listing details and prices to go along. He has got to be one of the best techs I have ever dealt with, ever! I would highly recommend him."

"Excellent the owner was absolutely amazing, accommodating and professional. My computer was fixed the same day and my other two were fixed and returned the next day. I have been in business for 38 years and had never had a computer tech be so knowledgeable in his profession, (i,e) my computers were covered by Hewitt Packet at different times. I had a contract with them for repair. The tech's there told me on 4 different occasions that the computers I had were had crashed and couldn't be fixed. They even remotely got into my computer and could not fix them at all."

He was efficient in his use of our time and his, not charging us for time he was letting a program run to test something, and his estimate of what was wrong gave us the information we needed to decide whether to buy a new computer or try to update/fix the one we have. He was generous enough to allow us to pay for what he had done on the first visit-which he said was probably a temporary fix-when we had decided what we wanted to do.
