"The job was done to our satisfaction. We are very pleased and would recommend to anyone needing their hot water tank replaced!"

"Mike McGovern and his son Brian installed a Navian NPE-240S2 tankless water heater and removed the old 50 gallon tank. The installation required new vent piping. Mike considered several options for routing the pipes and made an extraordinary effort to implement the venting with a maximum of six elbows as specified by the manufacturer to assure adequate venting, away from windows, while still providing protection against rain. It has now been seven weeks and the new installation has performed flawlessly. I could not be more pleased with the work."

"Brandon came out this morning to assess the issue. He was very polite and professional. Maximus and Jon were my installers. They were professional, polite and got the job done timely. Great guys!"

"This is not my first review of Joe's Plumbing but they just keep knocking it out of the park. Decided to do pipe replacement on a 60 year old home do to multiple leaks. Wanted to get it done before the cold came, and Joe's did the job on time, under budget, and the quality was second to none. When they found they couldn't turn the water off from the street, they kept moving on the job and did a fantastic job. Joe's was the first called and they have not let me down yet. Thank you Ace and Reg!"

"I would recommend this guy to anybody. He's professional, he know what he is talking about. He explained everything to me as he was doing it and he waited until the hot water heater was completely heated up before he left my home to make sure that we had hot water before he left."

"They have replaced my water tank, water heater, and water pump and Iâ  ve hired them to replace my sewer line"

"They offer service scale clean out of the thankless water heater. I may contact them at a later time for this service."

"Matt Crandall provided exceptional service from the 1st call to the installation of the water heater and boiler that was able to install the following day. When there was an issue with the water heater he came right out to see what the problem was and replaced a faulty part. No issues or problems since. This was not a planned installation and I would not wish for anyone to have to deal with the stress on this level but If you do he is someone to call. I waited to write this review so I could make sure he stands by his work and continued to provide the same exceptional service if any issues arise which he did. After dealing with the first contractor, I only wish he was my first call and not the second."

"Excellent work, made sure everything was working fine before leaving.I had diverters with springs in the back of them for a long time.I did not like them as they would break all the time.Cheap plastic.Brass valves and full turn knobs were put in.I love the new set.It is sturdy and will last a long time. Also a tub water stopper and a new over flow was put in along with new plastic pipe under the stopper. The stopper is great. All you have to do is step on it for water to go down or stay up.Very professional attitude. On time to do the work.Cleaned up after the job was done. Will hire for other work in the future."
