He was punctual, polite, respectful of me and my property, he maintained great communication from the moment the appointment was set all the way up to an hour before the appointment. I can’t yet speak on communication after inspection, only because he literally just left my house 10 mins ago, but he did give me ample opportunities to ask questions and made sure I was happy with the inspection before he left. He also told me if I did have any questions afterwards, that I could contact him, and he provided his cell number along with his business card.
