Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. "I can't say enough good things about this company.  I was not able to make the kitchen larger, but I wanted more cabinet space and counter,  Jeff had great ideas about how to accomplish this. He is very knowledgeable.  He designed  a new layout that included moving the sink from the corner to under the window.  This gave more useful counter space between the stove and sink.  He gave me great advice about quality cabinets,sink and granite counter top. The linoleum floor was replaced with porcelain tile.  Ugly florescent lighting was replaced with recessed lights and a fan.  The crew did a great job installing everything.  They are meticulous workers. I am very happy with the kitchen.  It's beautiful!  I highly recommend this company."

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
