"David sat down with us and told us everything that would happen and what would be the best for our house and budget. He was very professional and very personal. The two that put the gutters and LeafFilter covers on the gutters were very professional as well. They were very quick at doing what they needed to do and got done faster than was allotted. From the time that we met David to the time the gutters were up and they were gone was less than 24 hours. I would go with them again, but there is no need on the main home."

"Very poor experience and disappointing overall result. We were told labor rate was $45 per hour and charged double to support an added person. The owner's wife disclosed an injury occurring on 7/4/25 and possessed limited mobility - work was stopped per owner to take his wife to a doctor and ultimately not showing on 7/17/25. When asked to review our declining level of satisfaction (responding to owner's previously expressed, top priority), the owner couldn't commit to a time, as he was at the "mercy of doctors" and his wife's need to have x-ray and MRI. When contractor's inability to address our concerns, we mutually decided to part ways. The labor and material costs provided were inflated and no proof of materials' purchase was provided. Per camera recordings, contractor worked a total of 30 hours and 11 minutes which equate to $1,358.25. Contractor billed us 70 hours at $3,150. The material list and bill was not disclosed and we were told it was none of our business. There were 12 boxes of Trex screws used which were the wrong color; one box of 75 screws were a match to our boards. Many Trex boards were suspected as used, discolored, and dirty; eight boards were installed and replaced when we complained. The contractor stated he credited us for said boards - however, reused on the deck's lower facade. We were charged $2,450 for materials. No accounting was provided and the contractor objected when we filed an inquiry with the manufacturer (see email)...furthermore, he stated this step was fraud. The boards didn't match and Trex wanted to investigate with their color team - however, contractor claims the color variation was due to his pulling from supplier's top of uncovered pallet. Materials were never delivered and rather provided each day of work via strapping to roof of a truck or trailer...during non-working days, materials alongside our railings were left on grass whereby we had to relocate to mow grass and avoid staining. Many screws weren't attached to wood framing and some areas had holes with no screws. The unmatched color screw left rusty-color residue on top of boards. The carpentry work was unsuccessful as offered to "sister" staircase as stringers were in disrepair and unsteady/cracked....banisters/railings were wobbly, cracked and re-installed incorrectly - swing door no longer closed functionally. Much of the banisters and railings were left dirty with imprints that couldn't be power washed. There were many boards that were unlevel and not "shimmed" as specified; boards had two exposed cut marks, cracked, mis-measured with exposed ends and uneven spacing of smaller/large boards whereby 16 or 20 ft boards could've accommodated. We are now forced to delay our project by 8 weeks with new contractor and increasing cost significantly."
