"Great service, I called and they were onsite same day to repair our GE fridge. The man who came knew his stuff (he was a 'fridge whisperer'!), was well presented, courteous and was in and out of our house in under an hour with the fridge repaired on the spot! Couldn't ask for better. :) My only complaint is that I was charged over $400 to replace a $90 part (I checked the manufacturer's website). Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"

"Lou came to fix our dryer that wasnt drying clothes in one cycle. He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He took apart the dryer to fix it, and cleaned out the debris inside. He said our vent was clogged and cleaned it out, also replaced the venting. He tested the machine before leaving. Dryer now dries clothes in one cycle instead of multiple. I highly recommend Lou.
