Carmen was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and made reasonable plans before the job got started. They transformed our old closet into a beautiful walking in shower with great functionality. The other project in the kitchen was a little tricky because the original vent opening in the wall. We have spent thousands on a lawyer after begging them to make it right, but they've refused to take responsibility of their negligence & are happy to have us spend more money trying to take them to court. It takes months to schedule, followed by weeks of equipment failures and rescheduling. You'll also be cleaning up stains and messes left behind, reminding them of what has and hasn?t been done yet, as well as essential contracted items and processes that were skipped throughout. You can call and discuss the issues with the crew and management, but only if you can actually wade through all their random phone numbers and find someone willing to answer or return your calls. For tens of thousands of dollars, you expect a simple level of service, coordination, and professionalism that doesn't follow through from sales to crew. "
