"They installed a new Karndean vinyl floor over the pre-existing wood floor in 3 levels of our townhouse. From the initial consultations, where we received excellent and knowledgeable advice, through the planning, scheduling, and execution of the job, everything went completely smoothly and on time and on budget. The quality of the work, along with attention to detail, respect for our home, and cleanup were outstanding in every way. The installers, Donnie and Travis, worked hard and meticulously, coming early and staying late, solved some challenging issues, and did a a perfect job. Bob "Ski" who planned the project, did an incredible job of giving excellent advice, guiding us in our choices, managing the work, and always being available for whatever was needed. The whole company, including the people in the office, are first-rate. We love our new floor, and could not be happier with everyone at Riverview. We highly recommend this company and their product."

"First, let me applaud Bob for being flexible  in delivering my tile. He actually bought it out on a weekend so his crew could start the project first thing, as I was on a very tight deadline to finish an unfinished basement room in a new construction before a moving van arrived. Avalon did have to push the start date back one day, which I was amenable to since Bob was so accommodating with that initial tile delivery.
I had one person who did tile placement, cutting and installation. That went very smoothly, and the gentleman answered any questions I had along the way. The following day a different professional arrived to do the grouting, which came out excellent.
Here's a big plus...they all left the room and areas they were working in neat and tidy. Having had tile placed in various homes, I've never had such a thorough 'clean up' after the fact.
I would highly recommend Avalon for anyone considering a tile project. Great job, Bob & team.

"As a follow up to my earlier review, I attached before and after pictures. The darker color we chose in the "after" pictures is water popped jacobean. Love the color! (Original Review) After talking with a couple companies, we met with Ron at Peak Floors. He left us with the confidence that we were making the right choice with him and his crew. They exceeded our expectations. The floors are beautiful and have Pat and Chris in our home was a pleasure. They are all professional and personable, going above and beyond to provide the best service and product. We could not be happier with our choice to hire Peak Floors. "These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."
