"On 7/14/20, Scott & Mike came to my house to repair a rumbling noise in my DCS oven. Scott determined the rumbling noise was caused by a faulty ignitor. They replaced the ignitor and explained in detail how the oven operates.. They both were very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. When I used the oven that night to cook dinner I could not believe how quite it was! I actually had to open the oven door to see if it was on. "Our dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes very well. Same Day Service did have to come out two times to repair two different parts of the dishwasher. I might not have done the repair if I knew the number of parts needed at the onset, but the diagnosis was challenging, and I don't think they could tell the number of problems the first time. We ended up replacing a small motor and then a diverter. Their repairmen were all very friendly and courteous. They also did a good job of reducing the cost of the second repair since they had been out so recently. They repaired a two-year old Kenmore Elite dishwasher, and they clearly are much more complicated machines than they used to be and not made as well as they used to be made."
