"The guy that came out was nice but really didn’t do a great job of troubleshooting. He said it was a pressure sensor problem and that the whole control board needed to be replaced. He called and gave his shop and they gave me a price of over 350 dollars. I told him no way I’m gonna pay that since it was more than the machine is worth. He then offered that I call the manufacturer to see if they could help which I did. The manufacturer sent their own repair man and that guy just pretty much reset the computer and now my machine works well. I should have just called the manufacturer first. I had to pay the 80 dollar service call to Affordable Appliance for them just to diagnose it. I was charged the 80 at first and the owner Richie contacted me and was very helpful in making my situation right. He refunded me the charge for the service call and offered his business again if I want it in the future. This was a great way to show that he cares about his customers and based by that action, I will recommend him for future jobs."

"Jose was a life-saver: he came hours after my new gas range stove was delivered and when the store, that sold it to me refused to do the same day installation He was on time, very professional. He was the one who noticed that my new stove was damaged and offered to come and install it for free again after the store replaces it, even though he did his job and it was totally not his fault that the stove was damaged during shipping I would highly recommend Jose!"

Mike did the initial inspection and estimate. He was punctual and gave us a very reasonable estimate detailing the work that needs to be done. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry and is actually an instructor for all the gas inspectors in the area. So you can be sure he knows the regulations and building codes. Russel does the work and he's truly a perfectionist. The final work he did looks like a work of art. He's also very nice to talk to and never impatient if you have questions about what needs to be done. He is efficient, thorough, and cleans up in the end. Mike follows up with us even after the city inspection to remind us to install gas monitors. "I called Chris on Tuesday to make an appointment for a repair on our washing machine, he said he was booked up for the day but could come over between 6 and 7 tonight or the next morning if that worked better for us, we had him come over that night ON TIME! He ran the fault code and found that the drain pump was the problem. He showed me how to take the pump apart to clean it out and then reinstalled it , we found that foreign material had damaged the pump so it needed to be replaced. Chris showed me how to remove the damaged pump  and how to install a new pump myself and where to buy it he also said he could do the install if I preferred. I did the job myself the next day as the repair was relatively easy and saved some money. I feel that his attitude,guidance and professionalism made him a great choice for my repair needs and we would hire him again without hesitation We paid him $100 for the hour he spent trying to fix the washer and teaching me how to fix it myself"
