"When I called Christopher he responded very positively, thanked me for calling, and said that he could come to my house at about 1 pm on the same day. He later called to say he had to change the time to somewhere between 2 and 3 pm. At about 2:30 he called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived at my house at about 2:45 with his tool bag in hand. Chris was very friendly and upbeat. He went straight to work; pulled the back plates off the refrigerator. He even went to far as to go online on his smartphone to try to price refrigerators similar to my old one. He was very thorough and offered options available at used and new outlets.
He let me know that the price for his service call  was $60.00 and that it is about half what other appliance repair shops charge to come to your home.  I was pleased to pay the price for his expertise, honesty, and good advice. 
The main take away is that Chris Gallagher is honest, professional, experienced and, I believe, one who can be trusted to have his customers' best interests at heart. I recommend him enthusiastically.
