"We've had a lot of renovation work done on our house over the last several years, and Superior Kitchens And Baths was the best company that we've worked with overall. Jane, Brandon, and their entire crew and subcontractors were all great to work with. They were very responsive, hard working, professional, stuck closely to their schedules, and did high quality work across the board. Additionally, Jane, Brandon, and Dustin are genuinely nice people that were great to get to know and interact with throughout the effort. From the start, Jane and Brandon came up with creative solutions to allow us to get everything we wanted in the renovation, and figured out potential pitfalls and workarounds before the work even started. They were great with helping us decide on overall designs and individual items throughout the work. They put together a thorough breakdown of costs for their proposal that they tracked throughout the effort, as well as a schedule that they stuck closely to. When unforeseen circumstances came up with folks getting sick and being unable to work, Brandon worked long days and weekends to keep caught up with their schedule. They seemed to treat the job like it was their own house. Overall, we'd highly recommend them, and would hire them again for any future work."

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! This was about as seamless a kitchen renovation that one could ever hope for.  Dave listened carefully to the goals we wanted to achieve in our kitchen, and was patient with the design adjustments we wanted to incorporate as we considered each version of the design plans.  One cabinet in particular that was added toward the end of the design process was brilliantly conceived on his part--a cabinet to store large items that looked like a lovely piece of dining room furniture, with exterior shelving and drawers. It is a centerpiece in the kitchen.  Dave was careful to preserve important walk ways in our kitchen so as to not create bottlenecks--an important element in this centrally located kitchen.  His advice on style and color of cabinetry was also highly valued in our desire to achieve a cleaner and brighter look, yet one that was still consistent with our 1931 Colonial.

The Brookhaven cabinets are beautiful and well-made.  While they are pricey, Dave was able to steer us to take advantage of a manufacturer's discount.  The selection of hardware that was available without incurring additional cost was completely adequate, and we took advantage of this option.

Installation of the cabinetry was smooth and timely.  We decided to make a last minute change to the placement of our microwave, which necessitated the order of a new drawer.  This took longer than we had hoped, but understood that this was not a Kitchen Center issue, but rather one of the manufacturer, as each items is custom made.  When the drawer arrived, it was without a front--this added more time. 

Once the cabinetry was installed, irregularities were minimal.  Dave and a service that works with him tended to adjusting hinges, covering screw heads, and painting areas that needed to be smoothed. 

Overall, working with the Kitchen Center exceeded our expectations.  Communication and responsiveness were excellent.  They partnered well with our contractor so that there were no glitches or last minute surprises--almost unheard of for a kitchen renovation.  The quality of the design and workmanship has made for a space that we are loving, and our only regret was that we did no redo our kitchen sooner!

"We are so impressed by Flash Painters. We are renovating a condo and were not looking forward to painting. We purchased an Angie's List Deal and I was concerned that once we purchased, it would be hard to schedule/finish the project. I could not have been more mistaken. Priscila (manager) was very responsive and even came to view our project prior to her team showing up. She has an incredible eye and made recommendations that we really appreciated. She is so talented that she recommended a paint color (without referencing swatches) that was the perfect match! Within days (not months as I had feared) the team, Aldolfo and Audi arrived right on time. The first thing they did was review what needed to be done. We had made some last minute design changes and they were very attentive and accommodating. They asked a number of times how I thought the progress was going (which was always the same response "great!") At the end of the first day, they made a point to ask me to look at what they had done and inform them of anything we might not be happy with the next day. Day 2 (Friday) went even better than the first! They worked so quickly and well together. I thought they might be done early, but being perfectionists, they stayed later than I thought they even needed to. Both days they left the area clear of any debris which I especially appreciated. Our home looks great and we are so happy that we worked with the Flash Painters team! We highly recommend them and they will be the first company we call for future projects!"

"The plumber surmised that the clog was at the T junction with the vertical pipe in the wall and was unsuccessful at getting his snake to go downward after entering from the bottom of the trap. He failed also with an air hose. As he left, he offered to replace the T junction with a Y junction for $285. I subsequently called out another Angie's List plumber, so attacked the problem successfully by removing the trap and snaking downward about 15 ft to the clog. He replace the trap with one that is removal, allowing a snake easier access. This cost $300. I'm still unsure whether replacing the T junction with a Y junction would have solved the problem."

"I had a leak in my oil tank and could not find someone that could replace my tank in less than 6 weeks, Paul called me back and really tried to help me out, he could install in less than 2 weeks since mine was leaking, in the end my oil company was able to get someone in sooner so I had to go with them given the cold weather we were having and needed to have heat in my house, I just wanted to let people know that this company got back to me and tried to help when I could not get others to even call me back. Thank you!"
