We were able to discuss our water issue beforehand on the phone, and he contacted us when he was running a little late the day of the appointment, so we appreciated the clear communication. He removed some damaged flooring and drywall to discover that the wall was wet on the inside and there was a lot of mold present. He then ran water and tested the many different faucets that had any possibility of being the source of the water. He found the leak to be originating from the condo next door so we could contact someone else to turn off the water, preventing further damage.
