"The plumber arrived exactly on time. He looked at the base of the toilet where there was a slow water leakage. After he removed the toilet from the base, he found out that the closet flange was cracked and the wax ring had begun to disintegrate.  He replaced the closet flange, reset the toilet, and chalked around the base of the toilet.  His explanation of the problem was clear and understandable. I also asked him to look at a shower head in the guest bathroom because of a slow water flow.  He corrected the problem, also. He was very professional.  I would highly recommend Aces Drain to repair any plumbing problem you might have in the future."

"Woke up this morning and the toilette would not flush and the shower/tub was backed up. Called two plumbing services but only one could make it before 2pm and I have work at 3. The guys from Pioneer showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for me while I was finishing up my morning errands thinking they would be late like plumbers in the past. Luis R. and his partner did great work and they answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I googled everything they said on my cell phone. The cost was a little more than I initially thought it would be but they explained that this was because I did not have a clean out.
