"I'm writing this review for my 84 year-old grandfather. I really do appreciate the service done by this company. Some shingles had blown off the roof of his home during a rainstorm. Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. And the price was excellent compared to some of the other ones we had called around to get. I appreciate this companies honesty and professionalism. His roof is as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone I know."

"Initial appointment was easy and sales person was on time and cordial. He was knowledgeable but had no issues calling the Wizard at Kanga Roof for the right answer. I needed snow diverters for my metal shake roof. They ordered the correct color and they look great. There is no snow yet but I think they will work just fine. Before the snow would fall off my roof like an avalanche and it wasnt safe. It was a breeze hiring them and they were no nonsense. I have been dealing with two companies recently that I would not hire again. I am appalled how some companies make excuses and blame others. I was SO happy Kanga Roofs installation and transaction went as smooth as it did. Thank you! UPDATE: Hired them again October 2019 What a CRAP job. I called them 3 times prior to the install to be sure we were on the same page but the installer somehow did not follow the plan the manager gave him for my dormer roof. Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

"I had the roof completely replaced along with most of the plywood under the shingles, as well as wood trim replaced and covered in vinyl all the way around...2 stories! Todd's company was recommended to me, and out of 3 quotes, I selected his company based on the thorough explanation of work to be done, supplies to be used, and his personality. I truly felt that his workmanship was # 1 with him. And I was NOT disappointed! The roof looks awesome. The trim makes the house look neat & clean and they did some clever styling over the garage with the vinyl. It was a huge job, very hot outside, and there were a lot of workers here. It took about a week to complete the entire job. Every one of them was pleasant & courteous to me, and extremely considerate of my gardens and dog. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up each day...you almost would never know they were here. This is one group of hard-working guys! I had no qualms about giving them access to the house when I wasn't home...very trustworthy. I would highly recommend Todd and his company. In fact, next time I have work done, he will be the first one I call. Excellant job guys! And thank you for everything!"

"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! "We called Rapid Home improvement about 3 months ago because two of our neighbors had recommended them highly. We didn't think we were going to get the work done this year because it was getting late in the year and there is usually snow, but this year the weather was really mild and it was actually 50+ degrees when they installed the roof.
We have a almost flat roof and it leaks all the time no matter how many times we pay people to fix it. Mike came out and measured and checked out our whole house. It was very thorough. After we talked to him he recommended this Durolast stuff that is like a pool liner, but better and is made totally in Michigan. Long story short, we had no idea this even existed and we really liked that it was made locally. We had a lot of wood replaced because it was rotten and the guys also installed a lot of insulation. We could tell right away that the insulation was working. I'll update this review later after we have a few months of utilities to compare.
Overall, we had a great experience. There were a couple of things that came up that we didn't anticipate, but Mike and the owner Bill handled them really quickly and professionally. It makes sense that this stuff comes up because we don't have an attic to check in and so we had no idea that we basically had no insulation in our roof at all. They gave us a really good price and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone. Their price was good and they are honest. Just love it!
