"The designer was very professional and came up with a good design; however, the estimate was the highest of the three estimates I received. I do feel the quality of California Closets is very good, but I felt the quality of other companies was good as well for a much lower price. I've been told that California Closets is sold at Costco, but I don't know if it is discounted through them or not. It's probably something worth checking in to if one has a membership there."

"Wow. The Kevin Niles team is so excellent. Let me explain. Kevin and his son Kevin are responsive, responsible, prompt and reasonable in value for the quality of their workmanship. They have worked on my friends house for the past number of years and she is eternally grateful for having been introduced to them. They re-built the decking area for my friend and have ongoing projects with her at this very moment with painting being one of them. As for me, I've just had more cabinets re-built and what an excellent job. Kevin the younger is almost finished with prepping, priming and painting my entire soffitt, facia and all in between. He started this project late last fall and we had to wait for better weather - here we are. Kudos to the two Kevins. Please do not hesitate to engage these great men."

"We have a 150 year old two story cape house which has lots of character, but also is a real challenge to work in, as nothing is plumb nor level, and previous owners had done some some very odd things. We had problems with a leaky toilet on the second floor over the kitchen, which had been repaired by a plumber but left the kitchen with a large hole in the ceiling, and some damaged bathroom floor supports from the moisture. The corner double sink had a previous garbage disposal, long since replaced because the bottom rusted out and leaked, and the cabinet floor under that sink had a huge sag in the middle. The lovely old maple floor in the kitchen had a sagging area on the end by the sink and was pretty springy there, because in the past someone had cut away the floor under the sink, to put in a heating duct for a furnace (now long ago defunct.) The corner of the laundry room, which had at some point been added on to the original house and has corners supported by cinderblocks, had a corner away from the house sagging because the blocks had sunk into the dirt. Those were our original tasks to be done. When Tim came to estimate those, he looked at the big brush pile our tenants had left in the driveway in front of the barn, and the rusted things behind the barn, and said, and quot;I can do those too, you know.and quot; So we immediately added them to the list. <br /> Tim was always courteous, prompt in his work, and did an excellent job in a very reasonable timeframe. We were delighted with all he did, and definitely will use his services again for anything else that comes up with this house in the future. <br />"

"Darryl is new to the area after working for years in Florida. He was a fabulous person to work with, we got his name from a granite company we got an estimate with that he has been working with. That granite company we also used and they were HORRIBLE but i would recommend Darryl of East Coast cabinets to anyone. He delivers a quality product in a professional manner and delivered quality installation with a pleasant attitude. There were a couple minor mishaps through the process, and that happens and we were not upset at all because he took responsibility and the initiative to fix it! Wonderful old school mentality of taking pride in his work and great craftsmanship. Prices were comparable to all other we compared to and his product was much better quality than most others.
