"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"They came out three times to make sure the job was done exactly how I wanted it. They are coming back out in September to add some more storage. They were willing to replace the whole door for a little bowing. Cheaper by far than anyone else in the area. Very satisfied."

"Both of these were 16 yo construction grade fiberglass - yellowed and cracked. The master shower was replaced with a beautiful marble pattern acrylic and the main BR was replaced with subway tile surround tub to ceiling and a new tub. The fixtures were replaced with a rain shower and handheld combo. They removed everything, they completed the work in 2 days. Both bathrooms in 2 days.  They were friendly and professional from the very first meeting until the work was done."

"<strong> The name of the company says it all as on the day of service they could not have been beaten. Owner could not make it on the day work was to be perfomed so he did a drive-by and a walk-thru with one of his crew members a few days before job was to be done and showed him what needed to be accomplished.<br /> I was called the day before stating that they would be at my home the next morning, weather permitting, and they would call first. Well, they called me that morning saying that they would be at my house at a certain time, and they were. A crew of three (3) did the work to perfection. One up in the tree doing the cutting, one on the ground cutting pieces into smaller limbs and the third one hauling the pieces from my backyard to the the shredder on the street in front of home. When they had finished with all the heavy work, all of them cleaned up the yard down to the final leaf. After their work was completed, a knock on the door, a payment made and a shake of hands with all three was the end of a fantastic job performed by this company.<br /> The next evening I received a phone call from the owner asking if I was satisfied. "I was extremely nervous about shipping my vehicle through a transport service, but Guy (my contact at United Freight) was extremely helpful and educated me on all the options available and what questions to ask even of other carriers.
