"I purchased a $99 for Sprinkler Startup deal to get my sprinklers set up for the summer.  He was on-time and very professional.  Got right to work.  Within about 30 minutes he had turned on water, set up timer, and examined all the sprinklers.
I was told there were a few that were broken and had to be replaced. He quoted me around $250 to get everything fixed.  He was out there about two hours digging sprinklers up and replacing them. He even showed me old sprinkler heads so I could see what was wrong. It was more than I was planning on spending but figured it needed to be done and I didn't want to do it myself later.  I was pretty happy with the work at the time.
The sprinklers were set to go off early morning and late at night so I never saw how they were working. One night I had to let dogs out and noticed that the sprinklers in the back yard were not set up correctly. The length of the water was too long so the weeds were getting watered instead of the lawn. That weekend I checked the set up and sure enough it made sense why I was starting to see dry spots in the front and back yard.  I spent over 2 hours replacing about 6 sprinkler heads and resetting the patters for the sprinklers.  Should have saved the $250 they charged me since I ended up doing it myself anyways.

"We hired PS Fencing for a landscaping job that involved clearing out a bunch of dirt and roots, and placing lots of rocks and bark. This team is super fast and efficient, and Juan was really helpful when we asked for ideas with things like choosing which rocks to use, or a barrier where the rocks and bark meet. The work turned out great and the price was reasonable too. They also replaced our sagging fence gates and the new gates match the existing fence but are super solid and nice. I’ve already recommended this team to several friends and family members, and will definitely be hiring them again when we’re ready to continue working on our yard!"

6/14/2014: All issues have been resolved to our satisfaction.  After our posting, Tony contacted us promptly and turned on/repaired the sprinklers, replaced the dead tree plus did some additional barking work for us.  Good guys, creative, knows their stuff but communications were  sometimes challenging.   Everything has been resolved to our satisfaction.  

 Creative man but poor communication and not reliable.   We purchased on price and paid for the changes required  . . . but now paying the price in service!!!!  We have a dead tree that should have been replaced as guaranteed but no response to calls or e-mails.
