"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."

"The installation looks great and seems to work well. The owner, Jack Calvo, personally spent extra time discussing on multiple days over the phone and then visiting the property to think through the best low cost way to accomplish the objective. It had a complication in that we were concerned pine needles might fall through the grate slots and fill up the catch basin so a special kind of fabric was added under the grate to keep out the pine needles but let the water drop through. We were out of town at the time of the work being done. The installer, Ryan, did a good job and personally called me while on site and then when the job was completed. He returned the next day on his way to another job and took some pictures and sent them to me to show what the final installation looked like.  The interior pump system was also tested and cleaned.

Technician arrived on time and immediately reviewed issue with me. He offered possible solutions, recommending snaking the drain to remove any clog. Working both inside and outside of the home, and even going into the crawl space, he determined that the debris was past the toilet junction and needed a second (longer) snake, which he had available on the truck. Once the clog was removed, he spent time explaining best way to keep the drains running clear His entire service call lasted just under 2 hours. He provided a detailed invoice for the work performed. The technician was extremely professional in manner, pleasant speaking, and non-critical in comments about the drain issue. I felt comfortable having him working inside my home while I was alone.
