"I am grateful for the prompt and responsive service. In the same amount of time I fretted about how I was going to get my faucet fixed, All American Services took the job and fixed it. There was no need for me to worry at all. I was also grateful for the kindness and professionalism during a Sunday evening service call. Above and beyond."

"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."

"I have nothing but praise for Ken and his crew. They provided a very fair quote to replace a 40+ year old water line that had failed and do a bunch of additional grading work on our property. They arrived as scheduled and were very positive and communicative about each step of the project. Ken went to extra effort to make sure we had the best possible materials and outstanding workmanship. We had our water service restored in no time, and they were able to move on to the clearing and grading. The crew worked hard and did everything I needed to get the property ready for new fencing and lawn. It really was a privilege to have them around for a couple of days, and I would absolutely call them again for any work that is in their field. Their commitment to excellent craftsmanship and customer service is evident in everything they do."

"Turned out to be a bigger project so we needed a licensed plumber. Found Gray's Rooter on Angie's list and called around noon Friday for an appointment. They said they could be out to help us around 2:00PM. They arrived as promised. Confirmed where the leak was. The removal of the old faucet required a power saw as it was rusted in place. Hooked up the new faucet and made certain all worked with no other leaks. Cleaned up area after completing the work. Finished the job within the two hour window for the cost they quoted us and guaranteed their work for the life of the faucet."

"i didn't hire directly.  they came via a home insurance company referral to look at a problem.
they were solid.  liked the guy who came out.  he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.

"I am very pleased with Loyalty - I called James late on a Saturday night when I stepped in a puddle of water in our basement. He was there the next day, cleared our clogged drain, cleared our sink drain, installed a new p-trap, and left everything clean. He didn't overcharge me or try to upsell me on anything."

FAQs for sewer main install, replace or repair projects in Eatonville, WA

Most trenchless sewer line replacements can be completed within one to three days, though this varies based on your situation. Simple repairs on accessible lines might be finished in hours, while complex systems or challenging soil conditions could extend the timeline. The reduced excavation requirements result in faster completion compared to traditional trenching methods.

Trenchless pipe lining may reduce the interior diameter of your pipes, which could affect flow capacity in already narrow lines. This method also requires the existing pipe to maintain sufficient structural integrity to support the new liner. Severely collapsed sections, major joint separations, or completely misaligned pipes might not be suitable candidates for lining and could require alternative approaches.

Trenchless sewer pipe liners are rated to last up to 50 years when properly installed and maintained. Actual longevity depends on installation quality, usage patterns, and environmental factors like soil movement or tree root intrusion. Regular maintenance and avoiding problematic disposal practices (like flushing non-biodegradable items) can help maximize your system's operational lifespan.

Trenchless technology availability varies by region, with greater accessibility in metropolitan and suburban areas where specialized contractors operate. Some rural locations may have limited access to trenchless equipment and expertise. Local regulations and soil conditions also influence availability. A professional assessment of your property and local contractor options will determine if trenchless methods are feasible for your specific location.

Professional video inspection provides the most reliable assessment of whether your sewer issues suit trenchless repair. Generally, pipes with moderate damage, like small cracks, minor leaks, or partial blockages, respond well to trenchless techniques. Completely collapsed sections, severe misalignments, or extensive structural failures might require traditional excavation. Consulting with contractors who offer both methods ensures you receive unbiased recommendations.

Quality trenchless sewer replacement often includes a workmanship guarantee from the contractor. The specific terms vary by company and region, but many professionals stand behind their installation for at least one year. Material warranties may extend longer, depending on the pipe products used. Always request written warranty information before hiring, and understand exactly what's covered and what might void your protection.
