"Shingles, gutters and downspouts replaced. As far as I can see they did all the work I hired them to do. Would have been nice to have a picture at the end to show me that it was all completed. They sent me pictures during the roof install, but not the completed project. It would have been nice to see if the pipe boots were installed and the gutter guards. Iâ m too old to get up on a ladder and look. Sales - Fantastic. Roof installers - Fantastic. Gutters and downspouts installers - just okay."

As noted, she went "above an beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction, getting the driveway damage resolved, keeping us informed through-out, so our concerns were at a minimum through completion of the repair work. Again, the construction work/clean-up commenced under the lead of Mike B./Project Manager. The best part, No Contractor nightmares and where there were issues, HGE owned it!"
