"The man who came out to inspect my house foundation, Tom Kelly, was very polite, informative, and honest. He did a thorough inspection and spoke with me about my concerns. He let me know that the foundation of my house was in fine condition and no work needed to be done. I had previously had another company inspect my foundation and declare I needed a crawlspace wall pinned, and they were going to charge me $6, 600! Because Basements Love Us, Inc. was honest with me and didn't try to invent a problem that wasn't actually there, I wanted others to know they can trust this company and if I ever need work done in the future, I know who to call. "They did our basement right before Christmas. They did a fantastic job. They even helped me remove an old well pump that was in the way of their work. They were very professional and punctual. In the picture that shows the Pipe coming down the wall Water use to seep up through the floor there and over in the corner where the sump pump pit is in the corner it would actually run down the wall that is no longer happening. As you can see in the one picture the amount of water that was coming in as they were working was not a good thing as it had not rained in about a week."

"Excellent..very professional. The workers showed up on time every day and worked all day and cleaned up every day. The quality of the work is exceptional and they made sure that they checked all the plumbing/pipes before proceeding with full remodel. Brian, one of the workers found a problem that needed fixed and we addressed this issue as to not have a finished new bathroom and then have to come back and tear it up to fix a pipe. We welcomed their help in designing the bathroom from tile, fixtures etc.. They got everything done ahead of time and we are quite pleased happy with their work. "<p>Our dishwasher supply line broke and flooded our kitchen ruining the floor. Water ran through the floor into the finished basement and destroyed the basement ceiling, carpet, etc. It also ran into the downstairs bathroom and laundry room. The insurance adjuster recommended Weaver Building and Remodeling. </p> <p>We were very happy with his initial work. Since we had to get so much of the basement redone because of the water damage, we had him do additional remodeling. We had planned on redoing the basement a few years down the road, and we realized this was the time to do it. Doug was very good at getting back to us if he wasn't able to take our calls immediately (which he usually did). He was also very patient with us as we changed our minds about things several times during the project.</p> <p>Our water heater stopped working the day of the flood which was weird, but I thought it was probably just a coincidence. I mentioned it anyway just because. Doug called the manufacturer of the water heater and in talking to them decided that the control box of the water heater got damaged in the flood. He was able to get us a new water heater since they didn't sell that control box anymore. We didn't have to talk to the insurance company about it  (or anything else) as it was all handled without our input. (The insurance company was great to us also.)</p> <p> I was really apprehensive during this work since I've heard so many horror stories about contractors. I worried for nothing since everything turned out great. We would certainly use Weaver Building and Remodeling again without any reservations. We love our new improved basement and getting our lives back to normal has been helpful to our sanity.</p> <br />"

"Recently bought a 1925 house with a detached garage. We needed the garage to be expanded/extended. Wanted to get he work done before winter set in. Buterbaugh's Kitchen Center was very responsive with estimate and could begin the work in a short time. They provided several designs and made various suggestions (workflow and design) that we incorporated. The work began a few days after we signed the contract. We were very pleased with the work all along the way. Extra attention was paid to match existing archecture of house and garage - special molding millwork was required in some areas. Start to finish the job took about 7 weeks. Considering weather delays that pericodically occured this was a very responsive turn around and was completed prior to end of year as promised. It was a pleasure having the workman on the worksite. They were very professional and personable. Special attention was paid to clean up the work site at the end of every day. Overall, very pleased with the experience and would recommend Buterbaugh's to others."
