Then I set up date for service to be done. Work done was much better than I imagined. Much more than just removing the mold. An eight step process is performed which includes wash and clean the air of all infected areas. More than pleased after the job was done. Followup was done with owner. "Recently our radon mitigation system lost its vacuum pressure. We called the company that installed the system only to discover it had gone out of business. We turned to SWAT Environmental because of its listing and rating on Angie’s List. The customer service team is first rate…a person answered my call, no voice mail. A visit by a technician was scheduled for the following day. The service date was confirmed with a follow-up e-mail. The technician was knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a lose vent pipe joint. He put a sturdy sleeve on the joint and replaced the pipe strapping. The system now works as it should. We will be sure to use SWAT the next time we have a problem."

"It went great. First, the sales person was very helpful explaining the mold testing and remediation process. He went through the steps that would be taken and then he followed up with the results. On the french drain,/sump pump change out/ wall rebuild, it was quick and painless. Again my sales person was very clear in the process and the steps. When he came for a walk through there were some options in what would occur in the installation and he made fully aware of any potential changes in cost (there were none though). The workers came on time (ok a bit early) and finished early as well. Finally, they were helpful and clear walking through all the changes that occurred and the guarantees given."
