"We hired Jorge of pac man remodeling to do a complete remodel of our outdated 3 bed home. Complete restoration and even some wall restructure- to full painting, flooring and baseboards! Even a bathroom addition that included roofing work. We were so satisfied with the work a couple months later we contracted him to do a full laundry enclosure of our laundry room, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Incredibly nice guy and bilingual so there was never any misunderstanding. "

"I hired the provider in April 2024 to complete flooring work and replace a shower. Since then, I’ve experienced two main issues — the grout on the shower bench is coming loose and the flooring wasn’t installed properly. On top of that, the provider caused damage to my property, including holes in the wall. The last time I heard from them was on March 14th, 2025, when they said they would come back to fix everything, but they never returned. I paid approximately $10,700 in cash and signed a contract for the work, which included a five-year warranty. At this point, I’m simply asking for them to come back and complete the job as promised."
