Then he presented us with all of the details and photographs of his inspection. He spent an hour answering all of our questions and then presented us with our options for our sagging floors and foundation structural repair. His expertise was invaluable. The installation crew, Joe and Stephen, were prompt, courteous and very professional. Joe, called and texted us to let us know that they were arriving soon. Upon arrival, he posted the work permit and then discussed, in detail, including pictures, what they were about to do. After installing the steel beams and IntelliJack support system, our sagging floors and baseboards were returned to normal. "I bought a foreclosure property and there was a lot of work to be done. He does painting, fencing, and flooring. He does hardwood flooring and tiling. I haven't used him yet for that, so I cannot attest to it. He charged me $50 to unplug some plumbing and tighten them up. He then put fixtures on for me. He is phenomenal and does unbelievable work. I recommended him to an attorney. He works on his own and does not want to work for anybody. He is very good. I used him in 2009 and part of 2010. He is planning to remodel my bathroom.
